8 Years Straight and Counting. CSP Wins Ozark 14&Under BB Champs

CSP Tideriders won their eighth consecutive Ozark Division I Championship. We had over 144 swimmers attend the meet. That is the highest number CSP has brought to the meet! 24 swimmers more than last year. Also, CSP is the first team in Ozark LSC to win this meet eight years consecutively, 2 more than any other team.

As a Team, both our men and women score top points tonight along with the team total. CSP scored a combined 5,618.50 points. Parkway was in second with 2,889.50 points and Rockwood was in third place with 2,162 points.

Individually, we won High Point Awards with Chapman Wishy (10&Under), Evan Kim (11-12), & Austin Chu (13-14). Finishing in second place for High Point were Jason Lai (10&Under), Emma Fouke (13-14) & JP Costello (13-14). Third place High Point Winners were Anika Goettel (10&Under) & Dean Saunders (10&Under).

Austin won the Bill Karasick Award. This two award goes to the top male and female swimmer at the meet based on wins, Top 10 times in the nation, Ozark Records and coaches vote.

For the 10&Under Age Group, winning events were Ryan Berecz, Jason, Deon, and Chapman. Finishing in the Top 8 were Logan Ackenhausen, Simon Becker, David Boland, Caroline Crabtree, Dylan Deahn, Anika Goettel, Bernie Hill, Lucy Huster, Joseph Moore, Amie Reboulet and Emerson Schneider. Finishing in the Top 16 were Yusif Aghayev, Alexa Brinton, Jack Ciesielski, Quinn Haug, Alex Jin, Jayden Lai and Arabella Mohart. Also swimming in the meet were Neve Agustin, Ian An, Levan Cunning, Isabelle Doyle, Lucas Liu, Srihita Pathuri, Palmer Rand, Lorraine Rickerd and Alice Zhao.
