Juliette Phillips has given her verbal commitment to Binghamton University

Juliette Phillips a member of our Elite group has given her verbal commitment to Binghamton University. Binghamton University is a public research univeristy located in Vestal, New York. Juliette will join the Bearcats in the Fall of 2023. Binghamton is a Division I NCAA school that competes in the American East Conference.
