Great Swims at the HEAT Fall Classic

We had a great meet at the HEAT Fall Classic.  We had a number of new A Times as well as some new Sectional Cuts.  This is a great meet warm up leading up to the Ozark A Champs, and the team looked as strong as ever.   We took more than 200 swimmers to this meet and many relays were won by the Tideriders.

Our 8 & Under swimmers were fantastic.  Winning events were John Boevingloh, Kathryn Carr, Austin Chu, Colin Cunneen and Lily Steinmann.  Placing in the Top 8 were Leela Anadkat, Diego Carrero Archambault, Sadie Cole, Kira Finucane, Wesley Givens, Thomas Goltermann, Marissa Kelley, Molly Moriarty, Landon Waldman and Elizabeth Woltz.  Finishing in the Top 16 were Amelia Beatty, Annabelle Crall, Charles Fleming, Paige Haug, Seamus Miller and Ella Silverman.

Winning the Girls 100 Free Relay were Lily, Kathryn, Marissa and Leela, while the Boys also won with Austin, John, Charles and Colin.

Winning the Boys 100 Medley Relay were Landon, Austin, Colin and John.

For the 9 – 10 Year Olds, winning events were Max Boevingloh, Charlotte Brown, Trevor Gatz, Nicholas Meyer, Mia Panic and Zach Withington.  Finishing in the Top 8 were Bella Anadkat, Reese Anderson, William Bugh, Michael Evra, Jordyn Hamrah, Evie Harris, Camille Matlock, Maitland Michaelson, Will Plassmeyer, Audrey Qureshi, Stephanie Rose, Mia Singer, Ema Stojicevic and Arlo Ziolkowski.  Placing in the Top 16 were John Brawer, Samantha Cohen, Katherine Rose Ellenhorn, Ellemieke Ferguson, Jane Hill, Brandon Hu, Sienna Kelley, Kiera Palanca and Olivia Shell.  Also, swimming at the HEAT Meet were Grant Dino, Brooke Dunaway, Samuel Etherington, Parker Givens, Vida Glass, Frances Igney, Tiernan Miller, Claire Norris, Avery Warwick, Vivien Weitzel and Mariam Zakhary.

Winning the Girls 200 Free Relay were Stephanie, Mia, Evie and Charlotte, while Bella, Keira, Olivia and Jane were 3rd and Katherine Rose, Camille, Samantha and Audrey were 5th.  For the Boys, Max, Trevor, Arlo and John were 2nd.

Winning the Girls 200 Medley Relay were Mia, Charlotte, Mia and Stephanie, while Olivia, Camille, Bella and Evie were 2nd and Jane, Samantha, Maitland and Audrey were 3rd.  For the Boys, Trevor, Zach, Arlo and Nicholas were 2nd.

Winning events for the 11 – 12-Year-Old Swimmers Aidan Brawer, Jacqueline Hu, Anya Liu, Lily Ta and Tommy Wickersham.  Finishing in the Top 8 MJ Bezzant, Elijah Bihun, Abby Carr, Natalie Claybaugh, Asher Cole, Grace Coppel, Emily Dieckhaus, Joseph DiGuiseppe, Macie DiGuiseppe, Owen Dill, Daniel Garza, Luke Gill, Sophia Goodwin, Nico Grassi, Charlie Hill, Spencer Hill, Caitlin Kuhlmann, Nicole Li, Christian Marren, Sean McGinley, Lindsay Naber, Isabel Phillips, Hannah Renaud, Penny Riswadkar, Sophia Snyder, Lexi Thornton, Trevor Warwick, Evan Wiley and Delia Zacks.  Placing in the Top 16 were Sonia Archambault, Casey Chu, Alex Cohen, Ella Cooper, Bennett Cuculich, Avery Cunneen, Wills Dino, Claire DuBois, Cate Fear, Chandler Grimm, Cloey Hixenbaugh, Grace Kraeger, Andy Nelson, Emma Welch, Meg Willmann and Kailyn Womer.  Also, swimming at the HEAT Meet were Sarah Baron, Noa Ben-Shahar, Kaitlyn Cragg, Noemi Crall, Anya Desai, Ella Deutsch, Joseph Eversman, Mika Finucane, John Galakatos, Audrey Grey, Sofie Oztok, James Palanca, Elle Schaefer, Nina Schuerer, Andrew Wang and Ella Welch.

In the Girls 200 Free Relays, winning was Anya, Grace, Lily and Delia, while Macie, MJ, Grace and Abby were 2nd, Sophie, Cate, Caitlin and Isabel were 3rd and Lexi, Alex, Sophia and Avery were 5th.  For the Boys, Nico, Aidan, Tommy and Sean won, while Wills, Charlie, Evan and Bennett were 2nd, Elijah, Joseph, Owen and Luke were 3rd, while Samuel Evra, Trevor, Andy and Casey were 5th.

In the Girls 200 Medley Relays, Anya, Jacqueline, Lily and Grace won, while in 2nd were Lex, Abby, Isabel and Delia, 3rd was Caitlin, Emily, Lindsay and Kailyn and Avery, Alex, Grace and Cate were 5th.  Winning the Boys Relay was Aidan, Daniel, Joseph and Tommy, while Evan, Luke, Owen and Nico were 2nd, Sean, Spencer, Casey and Christian were 3rd, and Charlie, Elijah, Bennett and Wills were 4th.

Winning events for the 15 & Over Age Groups were Joanna Dohrman, Alex Fox, Sophie Fredman, Nancy Hulslander, Kledi Kadiu, Andrew O’Brien, Maddie Palatt, Ella Pearl and Bella Snyder.  Finishing in the Top 8 were Lauren Beard, Preston Brouillet, Mary Dieckhaus, Audrey Dino, Graham Fredman, Madigan Kinsey, Katie Knapp, Paige Mitchell, Kaitlyn Rowbottom, Grace Schaefer, Emily Schroeder, Sophie Thompson and Talia Warticovschi.  Placing in the Top 16 were Hallie Anderson and Payton Dunn.

Winning the Girls 200 Free Relay were Katie, Anna Scott, Juliette and Lily, while Emily, Jessica, Ella and Talia were 2nd, Kellen, Grace, Maddie and Sarah were 3rd, Alex, Jillian, Joanna and Payton were 5th and Erica, Emmy, Kaitlyn and Everdine were 8th.  Winning for the Boys were Kledi, JD, Cameron and Graham, while Ned, Graham, Patrick and Trey were 3rd and Charlie, Adam, Sam and Hunter were 5th.

In the Girls 200 Medley Relays, Ella, Kellen, Nancy and Abby won, while Maddie, Sophie, Paige and Juliette were 2nd, Sarah, Jessica, Jillian and Talia were 4th and Amelia, Madigan, Kathryn and Erica were 6th.  Winning the Boys Relay were Cameron, Kledi, Andrew and Graham, while Adam, Charlie, Patrick and Hunter were 3rd and Teddy, Christian, Sam and Preston were 5th.

Thanks as always to our amazing officials who worked long sessions, even many sessions where their swimmers were not swimming.  Without the USA Officials, none of these swims would count.
