CSP Mile Meet a huge Success

The Mile Meet was a great meet this past weekend.  We had more than 60 swimmers competing in the distance races, where swimmers got times for their 500, 1000 and 1650 Free.

The races that morning netted the team about 15,000 Virtual Club Championship Points and got swimmers times in those races that they had not yet had a chance to compete.

We had 14 swimmers swimming the mile for the first time and 22 swimmers getting a time for their first 1000 Free. 

There was one Team Record set by Kledi Kadiu in the 13 – 14 Boys 500 Free.

Steven Busch, Kathryn Chaves, Grace Coppel, Mary Dieckhaus, Juliette Phillips and Brendan Schroeder all achieved best times in all three events.

Dropping more than a minute in the 1650 were Steven (1:06), Trey Cunneen (1:50), Mary (1:08), Everdine Ferguson (1:54), Sophie Henriksen (1:22), Emmy Hernandez (1:29), Lily Hsieh (1:56), Erin Lamping (1:29), Cameron McCrary (1:40), Maggie Nelson (1:18), Grace Schaefer (1:04), Madelyn Schoedel (1:37), JD Suarez (2:11), Jillian Thomason (2:01) and Abby Wickersham (1:36)

Those swimmers who hit 1650 Best Times were Koji Barrette, Margaret Beimdiek, Nora Lee Brown, Amelia Dino, Audrey Dino, Evan Holden, Madigan Kinsey, Charlie Krasnoff, Christian Lawrence, Anya Liu, Ryan Mauney, Ned Mehmeti, Kellen Mottl, Lee Naber, Isabel Phillips, Adam Sutter, Lily Ta, Xander Theodos, Nico Theodos, Sophie Thompson, Tommy Wickersham, Delia Zacks and Graham Zucker.

Swimmers getting their 1000 Best Times were Aidan Brawer, Nora Lee, Madison Bugh, Abby Carr, Trey, Amelia, Audrey, Sam Ellenhorn, Nico Grassi, Taylor Hamrah, Emmy, Lily, Madigan, Erin, Christian, Anya, Ryan, Cameron, Ned, Kellen, Lee, Maggie, Maddie Palatt, Isabel, Grace, Madelyn, Marlee Singer, India Stuckenschneider, JD, Adam, Lily, Xander, Jillian, Abby, Tommy and Delia.

Swimmers who raced to their 500 Best Times were Lauren Beard, Abby, Sam, Everdine, Charlie and Sophie.

Those swimmers who also completed three events were Jessica Briers, Joanna Dohrman, Jackson Fox, Franklin Liu, Maddie Mather, Andrew O’Brien, and Talia Warticovschi, while Ella Pearl completed the 500 Free.

Thanks so much to our officials who attended, as without them, these intra-squad meets would not be possible!  Also, thanks to all of the parents who were in attendance to help time these races.  Everyone did an outstanding job in making sure that the kids go times in all the events that they were attempting.
