Colleen Young Competes at CanAm Spring Nationals in Miami, Florida

This past weekend Colleen Young competed at the 2014 Spring CanAm Paralympic National Meet in Miami, Florida. Colleen did a great job winning 6 of the 7 events she competed in, placing 2nd in the other event. Colleen won the 100 and 200 Breast, 100 and 200 Back, 200 IM, and 400 Free in the S13 catagory. She placed 2nd in the 50 Free. The meet was a qualifier for the USA Team that will compete at the 2014 Pan Pacific Paralympic Championships that will be held in California in August. Colleen will find out is she qualified for this meet in about 2 weeks.
