CSP Wins Ozark Senior Championships Held This Past Weekend at Pattonville

CSP has a great weekend at the Ozark Senior Championships held this weekend at Pattonville High School Aquatic Center. The Team took 1^st place, with the Girls and Boys teams placing 1^st also. CSP swept the high point awards for girls with Lydia Welty taking 1^st, Lexi Daniels taking 2^nd and Sarah Finlay taking 3^rd place. On the boy’s side Justin Andrews took home the 2^nd place High Point Trophy. The Girls won 10 of the 13 individual events and took 1^st and 2^nd in all 4 relays. 10 New Sectional Cuts were achieved by Michael Nester (3), Ashley Daniels (2), Lexi Daniels, Mikayla Kempf, Lydia Welty, Helen Wojdylo and Tiger Chen. Event winners were:

Justin Andrews 200 Free, 500 Free, and 200 Breast

Lydia Welty 200 IM, 100 Breast, and 200 Breast

Melissa Melnick 50 Free, and 100 Free

Gabby Vieira 100 Fly, 100 Back, and 200 Back

Lexi Daniels 500 Free

Additionally, Top 8 Finalists included: Cameron Back, Jillian Behrens, Colin Burke, Tiger Chen, Rebecca Corzine, Maggie Cox, Peter Crocker, Ashley Daniels, Benjamin Edwards, Sarah Finlay, Max Goldenberg, Andrew Litteken, Audrey Kelly, Erin Kelly, Mikayla Kempf, Vaios Kouvelis, Jeffrey Martin, Sophia Marusic, Michael Nester, Mary O’Leary, Chris Reichert, Collin Schott, Bridget Sheridan, Luke Sloan, and Colleen Young.
