HEAT Fall Classic Meet Wrap up
The Tideriders looked at the HEAT Fall Classic as a last chance meet for athletes to qualify for A Champs, and they didn’t disappoint. We picked up 26 new A times, as well as having three new swimmers qualifying for A Champs. We also had the most athletes that we have had a non CSP Hosted meet. Over 190 athletes signed up to swim at the Fall Classic, and every one of them represtented CSP proudly. We continue to look more and more uniformed. The kids are doing a great job of wearing the right colored cap to the meets, as well as the correct shirt! Our parents in the stands are doing a great job of wearing CSP apparel as well and that makes the coaching staff proud.
Big thanks go out to our meet officials who worked this meet also. Joanne Graham, Tania Hillmer, Rob Jurotich, Joe Naber and Kelly Porter all did a great job and we appreciate you offering your time to help run these meets and represent CSP.
In the 8 & Under Age Group, winning individual events were Aidan Brower, Sarah Donohue, Morgan Hast, Lillian Hsieh, Collin Logsdon and Graham Zucker. Placing in the Top 8 were Anna Craig, Ava Craig, Trey Cunneen, Erica Engelhardt, Sammy Esparza, Everdine Ferguson, Daniel Garza, Molly Kirby, Alli Lakebrink, Lauren Matthews, Kennedy McGowan, Brendan Raskin, Skylar Schwent, Jillian Thomason and Henry Zucker.
Finishing in the Top 16 were Abigail Angelides, Juniper Asikainen, Matthew Awad, Jackson Besalko, Nathan Frank, Losan Huang, Owen Limbrick, Hennessy McGowan, Lochlan McGowan, Ella Parcells, Sophie Saur, Sutton Suelthaus and Meg Willmann.
Swimming the Medley Relay and winning for the girls were Sarah, Morgan, Alli and Sammy, while Sutton, Hennessy, Lauren and Kennedy were 2nd and Meg, Ella, Samantha Braidwood and Skylar were 3rd. For the Boys, Graham, Brendan, Aidan and Trey were first in the Medley Relay. Swimming the Free Relay and winning were Sarah, Alli, Sammy and Lillian, while Morgan, Everdine, Kennedy and Lauren were 3rd and Hennessy, Molly, Meg and Ella Welch were 4th, Graham, Collin, Aidan and Brendan won for the Boys.
Also swimming with the 8 & Unders were Charlotte Brown, Morgan Clark, Avery Cunneen, Anya Desai, Mackenzie Froedge, Isabelle Hawkins, Barrett Hughes, Caitlin Kuhlmann, Cameron LeGros, Meera Upadhyay, Emma Welch, Madeleine Williams and Delia Zacks.
In the 9 – 10 Age Group, winning individual events were Anna Scott Baur, Elizabeth Craig, Lewis Dennison, Taylor Hamrah, Eric Ji, Karissa Kantz, Amelia Koch, Sophie Thompson andMichael Tu. Placing in the Top 8 were Nolan Alper-Esko, Steven Busch, Izzy Destefano, Maya Esparza, Graham Fredman, Chloe Hagemann, Evan Holden, Charlie Krasnoff, Catherine Liao, Ryan Mauney, Maddoc McGowan, Graham Mills, Kaia Mills-Lee, Lee Naber, Ethan Nagasako, Brendan O’Meara, Amy Pumm, Katherine Roderick and Dean Schwager.
Finishing in the Top 16 were Clay Derdeyn, Sarah Dodson, Emily Findlay, Nina Hamilton, Sophia King, Erin Lamping, Alex Miller, Isabella Schwent, McClain Suelthaus and Joe Zarrilli.
Swimming the Medley Relay and winning for the Girls were Sophie, Catherine, Amelia and Maya, McClain, Taylor, Nicole Alper-Esko and Sophie Bragg were 5th and Katie Murdoch, Erin, Nina and Isabella were 8th, while Dean, Graham, Ethan and Ryan were 2nd for the Boys and Lewis, Joe, Lee and Graham were 3rd and Maddoc, Clay, Nolan and Charlie were 4th.
Swimming the Free Relay and winning for the Girls were Sophie, Catherine, Katherine and Izzy, while Maya, Karissa, Amy and Kaia were 2nd, McClain, Elizabeth, Nicole and Isabella were 5th and Katie, Sara, Chloe and Nina were 6th. For the Boys, Maddoc, Graham, Michael and Lee won, while Dean, Lewis, Eric and Brendan were 3rd and Ethan, Nolan, Graham and Evan were 4th. placing

In the 11 – 12 Age Group, winning individual events were Meaghan Cannon, Ben Evra, Wil Welch andDrew Willmann. Placing in the Top 8 were Koji Barrette, Lauren Beard, Ben Blinder, Meghan Bryan, Carly Fesler, Alex Fox, Jackson Fox, Sophie Fredman, Jan Kasal, Stevie Keyes, Madigan Kinsey, Nathaniel Marsters, Hutton Murdoch, Molly Nikkel, Andrew O’Brien, Caroline Roderick, Kaitlyn Rowbottom, Isabella Sanchez andElizabeth Wiese.
Finishing in the Top 16 were Thad Bilderback, Samuel Garza, Reed Grimm, Parker Hagemann, Olivia Morales, Lily Ragan and Noah Unger.
Swimming the Medley Relay and placing 3rd were Kaitlyn, Alex, Meaghan and Olivia, while Carly, Molly, Meaghan and Sophie were 4th, Caroline, Lily, Parker and Avery Bantrup were 7th and Lauren, Madigan, Sarah Hickenbotham and Anna Dennison were 8th. For the boys, Andrew, Benjamin, Wil and Drew won, while Hutton, Ben, Stevie and Koji were 3rd and Noah, Jackson, Luke and Reed were 5th.
Swimming the Free Relay and placing 3rd were Meaghan, Sophie, Olivia and Elizabeth, while Alex, Caroline, Isabella and Carly were 4th, Lauren, Lily, Kaitlyn and Avery were 6th and Meaghan, Madigan, Sarah and Molly were 8th. For the Boys, Wil, Andrew, Drew and Benjamin were 2nd, while Hutton, Reed, Stevie and Jackson were 3rd and Koji, Noah, Luke and Thad were 6th.
Luke Brawer, Hope Burkey, Ivy Goldson, Mary Hattrich, Isabelle McGuire and Jonah Zacks also competed with the 11 – 12 Year Old Age Group.
In the 13 – 14 Age Group, winning individual events were Riley Deutsch, Aaron Garner, Matthew Hillmer, Katie Knapp, Taylor Korte, Cami Nourie and Abbey Owenby. Placing in the Top 8 were Nicole Beard, Lauren Bell, Alex Benduski, Jack Bodnar, Claire Brouillet, Caroline Davis, Lucas Doll, Matthew Graham, Allie Hickenbotham, Alexa Kouvelis, Caroline Liekweg, Corinne Michael, Sam Porter, Michael Raskin, Reid Rogers, Riley Schelp and Will Young.
Finishing in the Top 16 were Isabel Alter, Christopher Ball, Avery Fredman, Erica Lee, Andrea Morales, andSamuel Youkilis.
Swimming the Medley Relay and placing 2nd were Caroline, Katie, Alli and Abbey, while Riley, Nicole, Lauren and Cami were 4th, Taylor, Caroline, Alexa and Claire were 5th, and Isabel, Riley, Hannah O’Brien and Lee were 6th. For the Boys, Reid, Matthew, Jack and Lucas were 3rd.
Swimming the Free Relay and placing 2nd were Alexa, Caroline, Cami and Abbey, while Taylor, Claire, Corinne and Riley were 4th, and Andrea, Katie, Lauren and Isabel were 5th. For the Boys, Reid, Lucas, Jack and Alex were 3rd and Sam, Michael, Matthew and Matthew were 4th.
In the 15 & Over Age Group, winning individual events were Connor Bryant and Sammy Keyes, while Toby Young placed in the Top 8.
