4 Elite Group Swimmers Represent CSP at Junior Nationals

Gabriela Vieira, Sarah Finlay, Lydia Welty, and Grace Stiegemeyer swam at Junior Nationals this weekend. The meet was held at the University of Tennessee Thursday December 6th to Saturday December 8th.

Gabby swam the 500 Free placing 41st, 100 Fly placing 31st, 100 Back placing 25th, 200 Back placing 42nd and the 200 Fly placing 49th. Sarah Finlay also swam individually finishing 76th in the 200 Back and 146th in the 100 Back.

Gabby, Sarah, Lydia and Grace teamed up to swim the 800 Free Relay where they placed 22nd. Their time broke a 24 year old Open Girls Team Record.

Also Lydia Welty swam the 200 IM as a time trial and lowered her own team 13-14 record in the event.
