2012 Central States Senior Champs Day 1 Results

CSP Tideriders sent 17 athletes to the 2012 Central States Senior Championships and those athletes started off the first day with a bang. Taylor Maurer placed 4th in the 400 IM for the girls while Luke Sloan was 4th, Michael Seifert was 8th and Jack Finlay was 9th for the boys.

In the girls 100 breast Maggie Cox was 8th while Danielle Sikora was 10th.

In the 200 Free Sarah Finlay was 2nd, Sarah Fauska was 5th, Grace Stiegemeyer was 7th and Maggie was 12th for the girls.

In the 100 Fly, Haley Debandt was 15th and Rachel Kokenyesi was 16th for the girls, while Luke was 4th, Cameron Back was 12th, Michael was 13th and Jonathan Scholten was 15th for the boys.

In the 800 free, Taylor was 2nd, Sarah was 3rd, and Sarah Fauska was 7th on the girls side while Garrett Knasel was 4th for the boys.

In the 400 Free Relays, Grace, Sarah, Sarah and Rachel won, while Maggie, Taylor, Haley and Danielle were 4th for the girls. On the boys side Luke, Michael, Garrett and Jonathan were 3rd, while Jack, Adam Hotaling, Will O'Shea and Cameron were 7th.

After day one CSP Girls are in 1st place. CSP boys are also in 1st place. As a team CSP leading the pack. Check back tomorrow for day 2 results.
