HEAT Fall Classic Results
HEAT Swimming’s Fall Classic
What a busy meet weekend we had! We had over 200 swimmers, 13 coaches, and too many places to be. While swimmers were competing at Lafayette, we also had coaches splitting time between the meet and the USA Swimming Conference that was in town. This was our largest entry for a non CSP hosted swim meet and we were proud of all of the swimmers who were in attendance.
In the 8 & Under Age Group, winning events were Anna Baur, Maya Esparza, Noa Longman, Naveed Naemi, Amy Pumm and Michael Tu. Placing in the Top 8 were, Nolan Alper-Esko, Margaret Beimdieck, Devon Bierman, William Bouchein, Brianna Brown, Mac Christmas, Lewis Dennison, Sarah Donohue, Samantha Esparza, Graham Fredman, Evan Holden, Amelia Koch, Catherine Liao, Graham, Mills, Daniel Ng, and Graham Zucker.
Placing in the Top 16 were, Reagan Bierman, Joseph Carmody, Luke Christmas, Ruth Crane, Madison Miller, William Ng, Katherine Roderick, McClain Suelthaus, Annemarie Sweeney, Sophia Thompson and Jason Xu. Also swimming were, Nicole Alper-Esko, Sophie Bragg, Margaret Kirby and Sophia Xu.
In the Relays, CSP was awesome, winning all four of the 8 & Under relays and coming in 2nd in all four as well. In the Girls Free Relay, Maya, Amy, Margaret and Noa won, Katherine, McClain, Catherine and Sammie were 2nd, and Sarah, Annemarie, Reagan and Ruthie were 3rd! In the Medley Relay, Amy, Anna Scott, Noa and Margaret were 1st, and Sophie, Caroline, Katherine and Amelia were 2nd. In the Boys Free Relay, Lewis, Graham, Chase and Graham were 1st, Evan, Daniel, Jason and Naveed were 2nd, and Devon, William, Michael and Joseph were 4th. In the Medley Relay for the Boys, Graham, Graham, Lewis and Mac were 1st, and William, Evan, Luke and Graham were 2nd.
In the 9 – 10 Age Group, winning events were Lauren Beard, Ben Evra, Nancy Hulslander, Andrew O’Brien and Wil Welch. Placing in the Top 8 were Koji Barrette, Jane Baur, Harriet Bezzant, Benjamin Blinder, Laura Carmody, Kevin Christmas, Rebecca Crane, Eva Farria, Colin Fitzgerald, Alex Fox, Jackson Fox, Sophia Fredman, Joni Halliday, Samuel Hanser, Jimmy Hereford, Madigan Kinsey, Lena Liang, Katherine Lucier, Molly Nikkel, Olivia Proctor, Caroline Roderick and Elizabeth Wiese.
Placing in the Top 16 were Benjamin Covington, Ben Dubinsky, Spencer Kates, Olivia Morales, Douglas Murdoch, Neema Naemi, Matthew Ng, Lydia Schmidt and Noah Unger. Also swimming with the 9 – 10 year olds were Avery Bantrup, Carly Fesler, Peyton Hoekel, Owen Jay, Kaitlyn Rowbottom, Michaela Stambaugh and Andrea Stern.
In the Relays, CSP once again won all the Medley and Free Relays for both the Girls and Boys. Placing 1st in the Girls Free Relay was Rebecca, Alex, Nancy and Joni, Lauren, Lena, Caroline and Eva were 2nd, and Harriet, Jane, Elizabeth and Sophie were 4th. Winning the Girls Medley Relay was Joni, Alex, Nancy and Rebecca, placing 4th was Olivia, Lydia, Lauren and Lena, while Laura, Molly, Eva and Caroline were 5th. In the Boys Free Relay, Andrew, Wil, Ben and Koji were 1st while Jimmy, Ben, Matt and Ben finished 3rd. Colin, Ben, Wil and Andrew won the Boys Medley Relay, while Kevin, Ben, Koji and Ben were 3rd.
In the 11 – 12 Age Group, winning events were Tiger Chen, Max Goldenberg, Matthew Graham, Katie Jackson, Evie Mauze and Melissa Melnick. Placing in the Top 8 were Brigid Andrews, Nicole Beard, Jack Bodnar, Katie Brodersen, Natalie Crocker, Caroline Davis, Charlie Eversman, Luyi Gao, Aaron Garner, Peri George, Caryle Goldenberg, Allie Hickenbotham, Christina Jurotich, Katie Knapp, Leda Liang, Alex Miller, Abbey Owenby, John Tschampel, Jake Varela, John David Wiese and Will Young.
Placing in the Top 16 were Spencer Anderson, Tristan Belzer, Alexander Benduski, Dixon Bezzant, Sophie Breitmeyer, Rachel Crane, Sydney Giacin, Joel Hsieh, Taylor Korte, Alexa Kouvelis, Caroline Liekweg, Cami Nourie and Michael Raskin. Also swimming with the 11 – 12 year olds were Isabel Alter, Anna Anzilotti, Lauren Bell, Mattie Bryant, Maria DeBellis, Riley Deutsch, Alexander Dippold, Lilly Eversman, Edward Ko, Erin McKenzie, Corrine Michael, Elizabeth Miller, Mary Ren Moench, Andrea Morales, and Anna Powers.
In the 11 – 12 Relays, CSP won the Girls Free Relay and both Boys and Girls Medley Relays! Swimming on the winning Girls 200 Free Relay were Abbey, Evie, Leda and Melissa, while Brigid, Christina, Peri and Katie were 2nd, Katie, Caroline, Cami and Katie were 4th, and Megan Ross, Rachel, Sydney and Hannah O’Brien were 6th. In the Girls 200 Medley, Evie, Katie, Melissa and Natalie were 1st, Abbey, Christina, Peri and Leda were 2nd, Katie, Katie, Sophie and Brigid were 4th, Caroline, Megan, Caroline and Cami were 5th, and Alexa, Nicole, Caryle and Rachel were 6th. In the Boys Free Relay, Tiger, John, Jake and Jack were 2nd, John David, Matthew, William and Alex were 3rd, and Luyi, Joel, Alex and Dixon were 6th. In the Boys Medley Relay, Max, Tiger, Jack and John were 1st, Alex, Luyi, Aaron and Jake were 3rd, and Charlie, Alex, Alex and Will were 4th.
In the 13 – 14 Age Group, winning events were Justin Andrews, Maggie Cox, Audrey Kelly, Nicole Maurer, Iyayi Ogbevoen, Collin Schott, Steven Shearing and Lydia Welty. Placing in the Top 8 were Sophie Allen, Elizabeth Barrett, Connor Bryant, Rebecca Corzine, Aditya Cowsik, Peter Crocker, Ashley Daniels, Lexi Daniels, Morgan Garner, Eric Graham, Erin Kelly, Vaios Kouvelis, Megan Malloy, Michael Nester, Anna Reichert, Nicole Shearing, Colleen Young and Toby Young.
Placing in the Top 16 were Sammy Bale, Jillian Behrens, Sophia Marusic, Mary O’Leary, Mary Rater, Samantha Shively, Dani Skor and Julia Tackes. Also swimming with the 13 - 14 year olds were Lizzie Baker, Elaina Grimm, Kristen McKenzie, Lydia Schuchard, Michaela Stoner and Lizzie Wolfgram.
In the Girls and Boys relays, CSP won all of the relays once again. In the 13 – 14 Free Relays Girls Audrey, Megan, Lydia and Lexi won, Ashley, Nicole, Julia and Sophia were 3rd, Megan Lenzen, Rebecca, Mary Kathryn and Erin were 5th, and Colleen, Grace Fesler, Sammy and Anna were 6th. In the 200 Medley Relays, Lydia, Maggie, Nicole and Audrey were 1st, Lexi, Erin, Rebecca and Megan were 2nd, Samantha, Colleen, Anna and Ashley were 3rd, and Dani, Mary, Sammy and Mary Kathryn were 5th. In the Boys Free Relays, Iyayi, Peter, Vaios and Justin were 1st, and Toby, Michael, Connor and Collin were 2nd. In the Medley Relays, Iyayi, Collin, Michael and Justin were 1st, Connor, Toby, Peter and Aditya were 2nd.
In the 15 & Over Age Group, winning events were Laura Bilsborrow, Samm Crocker, Sarah Fauska, Meghan Glogoza, Hunter Mehring, Christopher Reichert, and Grace Stiegemeyer. Placing in the Top 8 were Haley Debandt, Jillian Franks, Ellie George, Emily Highlander, Riley Merdinian, Etinosa Ogbevoen, Claire Rater, Ashley Reichert, Nicholas Reichert, Rebecca Schachtman, and Jonathan Scholten. Placing in the Top 16 were Samantha Gill, Lizzie Green and Erin McBride.
In the Girls Free Relays, Emily, Grace, Samm and Etinosa were 1st, Sarah, Jillian, Ellie and Ashley were 2nd, and Riley, Meghan, Samantha and Lizzie were 4th. In the Medley Relays, Ashley, Etinosa, Samm and Emily were 1st, Ellie, Meghan, Haley and Sarah were 2nd, and Riley, Rebecca, Claire and Lizzie were 3rd.
