CSP Tideriders Competing At 14 & Under Zones

We have a number of swimmers competing at the 14 & under Central Zones Championship in Topeka, Kansas. Those swimmers are Justin Andrews, Tiger Chen, Maggie Cox, Lexi Daniels, Sarah Finlay, Nicole Maurer, Evie Mauze, Melissa Melnick, Ashely Reichert, Christopher Reichert and Lydia Welty. CSP also had two coaches selected to attend the meet. Congratulations to Tony Ciaravino and Ethan Weiss.

On the first day of competition Sarah, Lydia, Justin and Christopher all competed in the 13-14 200 Free Relays. Melissa and Tiger both were part of the 11-12 year old 200 Free Relays.

Nicole placed 13th in the 13-14 800 free.
Tiger was 13th in the 11-12 200 IM.
In the 13-14 100 breast, Maggie was 8th and Lydia was 11th.
Sarah was 5th in the 13-14 200 free.
Melissa was 11th in 11-12 100 free.
Lydia was 10th in the 13-14 IM.
In the 11-12 200 fly, Melissa was 15th and Tiger was 14th.

Also competing on Day 1 was Evie and Lexi.

Day 2 results.

Swimming in the 13-14 200 and 400 Medley Relays were Christoper, Justin, Nicole, Maggie, Lydia and Sarah. Tiger and Melissa both swam in the 11-12 200 and 400 Medley Relays.

In the 13-14 200 IM, Lydia finished in 15th.
In the 11-12 50 free, Melissa finished in 6th place.
In the 11-12 200 breast, Lexi finished in 11th place and Tiger finished in 9th place.
In the 13-14 200 breast Maggie finished in 4th place and Lydia finished 7th.
In the 13-14 100 back Sarah finished in 2nd place and Christopher finished 8th.

Day 3 results from the central zone championships.

Lexi, Melissa and Tiger all swam on the 11-12 400 free relays while Justin, Lydia, Chris and Sarah swam on the 13-14 400 free relays.

Sarah won the 13-14 200 back while Ashley placed 15th. Christopher was 9th for the boys.

Tiger finished in place 5th for the 11-12 50 breast.

Nicole placed 14th in the 13-14 1500 free.
