CSP has Strong Start to Long Course

After closing the short course season on a high note and taking a bit of a break from meets, the CSP Tideriders came in HOT at the Edwardsville Long Course Kick Off (LCKO) meet. CSP brought over 250 swimmers and covered over 9,000 points quadrupling the second place team. Congratulations to all the swimmers on a fantastic start to our long course season.

For the 8&Under Age Group, winning events were Alex Jin, Jayden Lai and Joseph Moore. Finishing in the Top 8 were Thomas Brinton, Sikander Manocha, Palmer Rand and Emelia Turner. Finishing in the Top 16 was Garrett Rickerd.

For the 9-10 Age Group, winning events were Camryn Costello, Jason Lai and Eli Voss. Finishing in the Top 8 were Logan Ackenhausen, Harper Chism, Vihaan Deore, Boardie Fouke, Connor Kraft, Sloane Langdon, Kevin Li, Leo Loveland, Alex Moon, Darsh Pradhan and Deon Saunders.  Finishing in the Top 16 were Alexa Brinton, Julian Chang, Gianluca Dohm, Anika Goettel, Quinn Haug, Tucker House, Nathan Lai, Bryan Li, Nila Patterson, Emerson Schneider, Layla Shepherd and Ben Ward. Also swimming in the meet were Yusif Aghayev, Neve Agustin, Cindy Chen, Owen Christensen, Isabelle Doyle, Dasha Duncan, Avery Faupel, Ananya Karwa, Jennifer Liu, Lucas Liu, David Pion, Daphne Pottier, Alex Quattlebaum, Lorraine Rickerd and Dhruv Rohatgi.

Within the 11-12 Age Groups, winning events were Emma Fouke, Evan Kim and Serkan Patterson. Finishing in the Top 8 were Olive Agustin, Charlotte Dahlby, Paige Haug, Cameron House, Dhathresh Kolli, Indie Layton, Grace Liu, Luke Loveland, Tommy Melly, Vivie Murphy, Daniel Patterson, Dravya Pradhan and Nicholas Zagromov. Finishing in the Top 16 were Leela Anadkat, Julia Bucci, William Chen, Annabelle Crall, Sammie Genin, Eloise Jones, Amelia Kirsten, Lucy Meyer, Audrey Moore, Ela Moore, Parker Robic, Lucas Theodos, Erik Wisker and Finn Ziolkowski. In the 200 Free Relays, for the girls, Emma, Vivie, Indie and Elsa came in 1^st while Olive, Annabelle, Paige and Amelia come in 4^th, Julia, Charlotte, Kya and Lucy came in 5^th, Audry, Kellie, Morgan and Camryn came in 7^th and Leela, Grace, Winnie and Eloise came in 8^th. For the boys, Eli, Dravya, Luke and Dhathresh came in 1^st, Daniel, Nicholas, Tommy and Parker come in 4^th, Finn, Deon, Reid and Lucas get 5^th, and William, Jason, Rohan and Logan come in 6^th.

In the 200 Medley Relays, for the girls, Olive, Emma, Indie and Vivie come in 1^st, Leela, Julia, Grace and Annabelle get 3^rd, Paige, Kya, Charlotte and Elsa come in 4^th, Harper, Audrey, Morgan and Eloise pick up 6^th, and Lucy, Kellie, Vada and Winnie get 9^th. For the boys, Cameron, Evan, Dravya and Serkan get 1^st, Luke, Daniel, Nicholas and Eli get 3^rd, Tommy, William, Lucas and Dhathresh get 4^th, Finn, Deon, Timmy and Parker get 6^th, and Leo, Logan, Darsh and Jason get 8^th.

In the 13-14 Age Groups, winning events were Austin Chu, Aiden Kim, Kinleigh Neville, Payton Robic and Brynne Schneider. Finishing in the Top 8 were Gio Bucci, Jacob Corbett, JP Costello, Colin Cunneen, Laine Curry, Adalyn Brown, Brenden Henke, Frances Igney, Marissa Kelley, Grayson Langdon, Vivian McCaffrey, Molly Moriarty, Maggie Mug, Riley Muran, Curtis Murawski and Kevin Wu. In the 200 Free Relays, for the girls, Nora Lee, Sydney, Scout and Allie pick up 1^st, Hannah, Anna Grace, Norah and Grace get 2^nd, MJ, Emma, Lexi and Reilly get 4^th, Ashlyn, Cate, Kennedy and Mia pick up 5^th, Kinleigh, Sophia, Ava and Leah grab 6^th, Avery, Charlotte, Caitlin and Claire get 7^th, Payton, Jacqueline, Kate and Nina get 8^th, and Margaret, Liv, Ema and Riley get 9^th. For the boys, Brody, Kearney, Asher and Daniel grab 2^nd, Aiden, Austin, Camden and Trey get 3^rd, Josh, Cabot, JP C, and Wills get 4^th, Xander, Henry, Max and Keegan get 7^th, William, Colin, Jacob and Curtis grab 8^th and Eli, Miller, Ethan and Ryan get 14^th.

For the boys, Austin, Cabot, Asher and Brody pick up 1^st, Ben, Aiden, Xander and Camden pick up 3^rd, Josh, Drew, Magnus and Trey get 4^th, JP C, Amir, Casey and Henry get 5^th, Wills, Jacob, Aidan and Keegan pick up 6^th, Colin, Gio, Henry and Max pick up 7^th, William, Grayson, Kevin and Elijah pick up 11^th, and Ethan, Curtis, Eli and Brodyn get 14^th.
