CSP Races to a Fourth Place Finish at Senior Champs

With a few weeks left before Sectionals, CSP sent a limited number of swimmers to this year’s Senior Champs and swam to a strong fourth place finish.

Winning events were Brody Blatt and Xander Theodos. Placing in the Top 8 were Reese Anderson, Keegan Brown, Casey Chu, Ben Chumley, Cole Asher, Lexi Cook, Trey Cunneen, Cate Fear, Everdine Ferguson, Daniel Garza, Scout Jackson, Cabot Murawski, Ruby Nussbaum, Izzy Phillips, Hannah Renaud, Noel Rice, Sophia Snyder, Emma Welch, Magnus Yin and Amir Yuldashev. Finishing in the Top 16 were Drew Baker, Max Boevingloh, Aidan Brennan, Kennedy Chrun, Josh Denckhoff, Wills Dino, Harrison Frost, Will Plassmeyer and Nina Schuerer. Placing in the Top 24 were Bella Anadkat, Gigi Demaggio, Tyler Sharp, Olivia Shell and Ella Welch. Also swimming at the meet were Grady Ashley, Nora Lee Brown, Gio Bucci, Reilly Curry, Adalyn Dolan, Sam Ellenhorn, Liv Hanes, Henry Hassenstab, Marissa Kelley, Sienna Kelley, Aiden Kim, Max Marcus, Prairey Maxwell, Sean McGinley, Henry Mura, Kinleigh Neville, Grace Oertle, Sydney Schoeck, Kayla Wahl, Ali Williams, Hunter Wilson, Jaden Yarbrough and Mariam Zakhary.

In the 800 Free Relays, Sydney, Nora Lee, Hannah and Scout were 1st and Noel, Ruby, Everdine and Nina were 3rd for the Girls, while Brody, Trey, Jaden and Henry were 1st, Max, Cabot, Charlie and Wills were 2nd, and Asher, Daniel, Grady and Kearney were EXH but would’ve placed 3rd for the Boys.
