CSP Becomes First Team in Ozark to Win Division I Champs Seven Years Consecutively

CSP Tideriders won their seventh consecutive Ozark Division I Championship. We had over 120 swimmers attend the meet. That is the highest number CSP has brought to the meet! Also, CSP is the first team in Ozark LSC to win this meet seven years consecutively. Great job to all swimmers and coaches for their hard work!

As a Team, both our men and women score top points tonight along with the team total. CSP scored a combined 5,651 points. We scored over 2,000 points more than the second place team and the most the team has scored in the seven consecutive years.

Individually, we won High Point Awards with Eli Voss (10&Under), Jason Lai (10&Under) and JP Costello (11-12). Finishing in second place for High Point were Parker Robic (10&Under), Emma Fouke (11-12), Grayson Langdon (11-12) and Payton Robic (13-14). Third place High Point Winners were Deon Saunders (10&Under), Serkan Patteron (11-12) and Laine Curry (13-14).

JP won the Bill Karasick Award for the second time in three years. This award goes to the top male swimmer at the meet based on wins, Top 10 times in the nation, Ozark Records and coaches vote. CSP als walked away with the Ozark Team Sportsmanship Award. This award is presented to the team which displays the best sportsmanship, team support, positive attitude, and has the best team appearance voted on by the coaches.

Finishing in the Top 8 were Logan Ackenhausen, David Boland, Libby Cole, Camryn Costello, Vihaan Deore, Boardie Fouke, Connor Craft, Sloane Langdon, Alex Moon, Darsh Pradhan, Parker, Deon and Harper Stewart. Finishing in the Top 16 were Gianluca Dohm, Anika Goettel, Bryan Li, Joseph Moore, Stella Pelech, Emerson Schneider, Ben Ward, and Kevin Li. Also swimming in the meet were Harper Chism, Tucker House, Nathan Lai, Nila Patterson, Daphne Pottier and Layla Shepherd.
